I think the TV with a caution alarm is not a good idea. The problem with the invention is that you may hit the thresh-hold for alarms in a household. You have alarms in your clock, computer, security system and cell phone. I think one on your TV with a person talking and telling you to shut the TV off is something that people can’t really handle.
I usually leave my TV on for hours and hours. I don’t want a fake person to get on there and tell me to shut it off because they don’t know that I am watching.
Hopefully TV ideas improve.

With the advent of high definition television and Dolby Digital and other surround sound technology. I started thinking how long until the other senses are involved. A television with touch would be pretty sweet. It might actually be on the horizon as Microsoft is leading the charge in this area. The other areas might just qualify as innovations gone wrong. I am very concerned for the day that smell-o-vision comes out. I don’t believe that you want to smell things on TV except maybe Food Network. The other idea is taste. The quickest way this is going to happen is that you can order food on demand during the ads.
Well, if either smell or taste arrive any time soon, I’ll be shocked. As always, please comment if you know this area inside out.
To the senses!
